One of the requistes to become an International Table Tennis Referee is to be able to communicate in English and to-day the new Referees programme stresses this requirement. So the International Table Tennis Federation with great responsibility organised in colaboration with the Malta Table Tennis Association an English Language Course at the Sprachcaffe International Language School Complex in Pembroke, Malta.
